Cancel Document Request
Withdraw an ask the company no longer wants answered.
Terminal rather than a delete: the request, its reminders and anything the vendor uploaded against it stay on the record, and the portal says the ask was withdrawn instead of having it vanish. The state is what stops further uploads — the vendor portal's fulfilment endpoint accepts only OPEN_FOR_VENDOR.
