Get Vendor Options
All active vendors with the minimal fields the intake vendor picker needs.
Unpaginated on purpose: the picker fuzzy-searches the full list client-side. Kept separate from the paginated /all so the picker isn't truncated. entity_type scopes the list to the active view mode's relationships.
