Get Adverse Media

Screening runs already collected for a company, newest screening first.

A pure DB read: no Exa call, no monitor provisioning, no config push. Opening the Negative News panel is not a decision to spend anything — and the panel polls this every 5s while a run is in flight. Provisioning and triggering belong to the write paths (vendor creation, POST /news/trigger); run state arrives by reconciliation — the panel's sync poll or the nightly ExaMonitorSyncWorkflow.

An unmonitored company reads as empty, which the UI shows as "No screening has run yet" next to the button that starts one.
