Add subscriber to form by email address

The subscriber being added to the form must already exist. Subscribers can be created using the "Create a subscriber" endpoint.

Note: Archived, deleted and restricted forms no longer accept subscribers. Adding a subscriber to one returns a 422 and creates no subscription. The error message names the form's status, so check for the 422 rather than matching the text.
