Adds a task to transfer the selected entry points and the related user access rights, pins, and controllers to a new site. Returns a ID that can be used in KindooGetEnvironmentSplitRequestByID API end point to monitor the status and progress of the site split

The environment id to transfer from

If the request is to transfer to an existing environment, send the to environment id, else send null

If the request is to transfer to a new environment, send the name of the new environment, else send null

Controls how controllers transfer is handled. false = only transfer controllers that are exclusively linked to the requested entry points. true = forces the transfer of the controller even if it is also linked to other entry points (removing the rest of the entry points from the controller)
