Agent Wallet Signers

Get the state of a register-signer job

Polled by the agent to follow up on the registration. Returns the BullMQ job state mapped to a domain state (pending/broadcasting/confirmed/failed/unknown). pending also covers the wait between two attempts; failed is final. On confirmed, includes the on-chain transaction hash, empty when another job registered the signer. On failed, includes the error message.
