Deliberately not a /contact category. Enterprise is billed by invoice against a written contract and is the largest deal the product has; routing it through a support-triage dropdown put it in the same queue as a bug report, with none of the fields a quote needs. The alert is subject-prefixed [KernelScan SALES] so it is filterable even though both land in the same mailbox.

Unauthenticated on purpose: a buyer evaluating the product has no account yet, and requiring one to ask for a price is the wrong order.
