Create a table (not allowed)

Rejects every request with 405. A table always belongs to a bucket, so it has to be created through a bucket-scoped endpoint: POST /buckets/{bucketId}/tables, POST /buckets/{bucketId}/tables-async or POST /buckets/{bucketId}/tables-definition.
