Create a clipping job

Submit a video URL (YouTube, Twitch, Kick, Vimeo, Zoom, Google Drive, Dropbox, Loom, LinkedIn, Facebook, Rumble, Dailymotion, Medal.tv, or a direct https link to a .mp4/.mov/.m4v/.webm/.mkv file). For a local file use POST /uploads. Consumes one slot of your monthly video quota. Pass an Idempotency-Key header to make retries safe.

Idempotency-Keystring

Optional. Makes the request idempotent: a repeat with the same key returns the original job (200, with idempotent_replay:true) instead of creating and quota-charging a second one. Recommended when you auto-retry on network errors. While the first request is still in-flight, a duplicate returns 409 (retry shortly).
