Sends a payment page's link to one or more recipients by email or SMS. Pass every recipient in key to send a single batch.

The delivery channel.

The recipients — email addresses when operation is email, mobile numbers when it is sms.

The payment page link identifier to share (e.g., PP-XXXXXXXXXX).
