Trigger reindex of all bookmarks (admin)

Trigger a reindex of bookmarks in the search engine. Without modifiedWithinSeconds, this clears the existing index and re-queues all bookmarks. When set, only bookmarks modified within that many seconds are re-queued and the existing index is preserved. Requires admin role.
