Threads

List Threads

Retrieve a paginated list of threads for a project. Each thread contains its question-answer pairs. Use the include parameter to opt in to nested data such as feedback, tags, and end user information. Supports cursor-based pagination and incremental sync via the updated_since filter.

project_idstring required

The UUID of the project.

Query parameters

cursorstring

Signed cursor token for pagination.

custom_tagsstring

Comma-separated custom tag UUIDs to filter by.

includestring

Comma-separated list of optional nested data to include. Options: feedback, status_tag, custom_tags, interaction_tags, end_user, integration. Default: none.

integrationstring

Filter by integration UUID.

page_sizeinteger

Number of results per page (default: 100, max: 500).

sort'asc' | 'desc'

Sort by last_activity_at. Default: desc.

status_tagstring

Filter by status tag UUID, or 'null' for untagged threads.

updated_sincestring date-time

ISO 8601 datetime. Only return threads with last_activity_at >= this value.

Response

next_cursorstring nullable

Signed cursor for the next page, or null on the last page.

previous_cursorstring nullable

Signed cursor for the previous page, or null on the first page.
