Get workspace-wide historical usage data.

Aggregates daily API call counts across all workspace members.

Args: days: Number of days to retrieve (default: 7, max: 90)

Returns: Historical usage data by day

Raises: HTTPException: 400 if no workspace selected, 500 on error
