List Memory Revisions

A memory's revision log, newest first (#2043).

One item per write event — created, updated (with the fields it changed), forgotten, restored — with the version after it. Read an earlier version's text with POST /reference and version.

Status codes: 200: A page; next_cursor (with has_more) continues it. 404: No such memory, the caller lacks access, or it was forgotten (the same answer as reference). 422: limit outside 1-100 or a malformed cursor.

Permission: the same as reference (PermissionService. can_access_memory). No member identity is returned: by_you marks the caller's own events, and only those carry agent_id / session_id.
