Orders

Create a new Order.

Orders created externally keep the given order product's values (bypassing internal promotion or product amounts).

customer.id must be an existing Customer of the store. Unless shipping_required is false (or source is pos and the customer has no shipping address), the Customer needs a saved shipping address with a country. Order creation is not available while the store is on a free trial, and stores can create a limited number of orders through the API per day.
