Import Credential Imports from Custom Excel

Import credentials from a custom-mapped Excel file. For inline uploads send Content-Type: application/octet-stream with a JSON init line (ImportCustomExcelInit, excluding organizationObjectId) terminated by newline, followed by raw Excel bytes. For previously uploaded files send Content-Type: application/json with an ImportCustomExcelInit body and no chunks.
