Click-through redirector for job applications

Decodes an AES-CTR token (produced by JobDocumentFormatter as the click_url field on every search/show response), records an attribution row in jobs.click, snapshots the job's display fields for forensics, and 302-redirects the user to the underlying provider URL. NOT under /api/v1 — these URLs end up in emails, shared links, and search-engine caches, so they stay short and stable across API version bumps. ALWAYS hit this URL to send a user to a job — direct provider URLs are intentionally not exposed.
