RFC 8058 one-click unsubscribe

Target of the List-Unsubscribe header with List-Unsubscribe-Post: List-Unsubscribe=One-Click. A mail client POSTs here (no page, no body fields — token is in the query string) and the marketing opt-out is processed. PUBLIC + unauthenticated by design (mail providers cannot sign) — the token is the credential; rate-limited.
