Sponsor Login - Update

Partial update (non-secret fields). Mutable: username, first_name, last_name, email, phone, job_partner_id, job_provider_id. Reassigning to a different job_partner is allowed but clears job_provider_id automatically (a provider under one partner can't belong to another). Changing username to one already used by another active login returns 409.
