Campaign - Update

Partial update — config fields only. Mutable: job_provider_id, name, test_mode, promotional, organic, budget_type, pricing_model, budget, default_cpc, start_date, end_date. job_provider_id re-parents the campaign (target must exist); pricing_model is cpc|cpa. Use action endpoints for pause/resume/delete. Same conditional validation as create (flight requires dates; unlimited forbids budget).
