Get Profile Claimable

What the current user can claim, in USDC.

Reads the CATALOGUE contracts, not the content contracts. Every live content contract holds its full 10,000 units at the catalogue, so a creator wallet's content-contract claimable is structurally zero — this endpoint returned 0.0 for everyone partly because it was asking the wrong contract. The catalogue is where the money is, and it is what /v2/wallet/unified-balance reads, so the two surfaces now agree by construction rather than by coincidence.

total_claimable_usdc is the catalogue-pending leg ONLY. It deliberately excludes USDC already sitting in the wallet — that is already the creator's, not something they can claim.
