Update Shared Credential Approval

Switch the approval blocker on one shared account (Tom, 2026-10-13).

On (the default): a team member's launch through this account waits for your approval before anything goes out. Off: members publish through it without asking. Meta Ads spend is never covered by this switch: an ad always waits for its account owner's approval before it can spend.

Only the account's owner may change it, and only while the share is active. Switching OFF needs the owner signed in as themselves; an agent or key may only switch it ON. A revoke or a re-share puts it back on. The setting is read when each launch goes out, so switching it on again holds every launch that has not gone out yet for your approval.
