Update My Handle

Set or change the authenticated user's @handle.

Validation rules (src/utils/handle.py):

  • 3 to 30 chars
  • Lowercase letters, numbers, underscores only
  • Must start with a letter
  • Cannot be on the reserved list

Uniqueness: case-insensitive. Returns 409 if another profile holds the handle (the current user holding it is a no-op success).
