List Platform Keys

List the authenticated user's platform keys — metadata only.

The raw key is hashed at issue and can never be shown again; this returns name/scope/status/created_at so a dashboard can show what exists and what each key may do.

Auth: Firebase Bearer (normal user auth, NOT platform key).
