List Platform Configs

List all platform configurations for a content.

Optionally filter by platform type. Pass check_tokens=true to include live token_valid checks (adds latency). When a token is invalid, a notification is written to the user's feed.

Access: Must have CONTENT_VIEW permission on the content's workspace.
