List Legacy Media Comments

Read legacy Firestore comments from /media/{mediaId}/comments and return them in the v2 MessageListResponse shape.

Returned messages have origin='legacy' and event_version=0 so the dashboard can render them identically to v2 messages without needing to know the source.
