Lists all effective permissions for the authenticated actor. Conditional permissions include a stable when condition id.

Concrete scope paths where this permission applies in the current realm (e.g. tenant/T1 or tenant/T1/customer/C5).

whenstring nullable

Stable condition id when the permission is conditional (e.g. is_own_user). Omitted when unconditional.
