Landing page for order consignee address collection.

The capability is forwarded verbatim; Vitrin never decodes it. The fetched state is seeded into the SDK flow so the page renders without a second round trip — SDK versions that ignore the seed still fetch /api/v1/orders/recipient-address themselves.
