prescriptions_last_syncedstring date-time nullable

ISO-8601 timestamp of the most recent successful DoseSpot prescription sync for the patient. Present only when e-prescribe (Flags::E_PRESCRIBE_US) is enabled; null when the patient has never synced.

dosespot_onboardedboolean

True when the patient has a DoseSpot patient integration record (onboarded). Present only when e-prescribe (Flags::E_PRESCRIBE_US) is enabled.
