Upload a document

Upload a document file to receive a document ID that can be referenced in other API calls (e.g. attaching a document to a clinical record). The uploaded file is stored securely and a presigned URL is returned in the response for temporary access. Accepted file types are PDF, JPEG, and PNG. Maximum file size is 50 MB.

The document file to upload. Accepted formats: PDF, JPEG, PNG. Maximum size: 50 MB.

Identifier for the document uploaded.

file_pathstring uri required

Presigned URL providing temporary access to the uploaded document. This URL expires after 10 minutes. To retrieve a fresh URL, use the GET endpoint with the document ID.

created_atstring date-time required

ISO 8601 timestamp when the document was uploaded.
