Send the cancellation email

Emails the customer a link to cancel their booking. This is the same email the customer gets when they press the cancel button on their booking page: the link in it is valid for 30 minutes and takes them to the step where they confirm cancelling. Any refund or credit follows the studio's cancellation policy.

OAuth tokens need bookings.write.
