List booking anchors

List booking anchors, ordered by date, start time and room. Without a date only today's and future anchors are returned; pass a date to reach a past day.

Results are paginated, with the totals in the jammed-total-count, jammed-page-count, jammed-next-page and jammed-prev-page response headers.

Requires the bookings.read scope when using OAuth tokens.
