Sector risk history

Daily sector-risk snapshots over the window: {"snapshots": [{date, sectors: […]}], "days", "availableDates"}. Each snapshot's sectors are the sector objects as cached that day. Degrades instead of failing: a Redis error yields snapshots: [] with a 200. Costs one request of the monthly quota.

Window in days, 1–120 (default 30).

Keep only this sector inside each snapshot (case-insensitive).
