Read the timeline

Returns the run's events in sequence order after since, which is a sequence number (0 for the start). Sequences are contiguous from 1 and never change: the same request always returns the same events, so a client can page deterministically with next_since. Payloads larger than an event carries are referenced by blob_ref, never embedded. Read-only.
