Collect a job's result

Redirects (302) to a signed download link valid for 15 minutes; the link needs no API key. With redirect=false the file is returned directly instead, for clients that do not follow redirects. The hosted result is kept for 24 hours after success, privately, on Ironfang's side - not permanent hosting.
