Check an origin's DNS record

Looks up the origin's TXT record (dns_record on the origin) once. If a record has exactly the expected value the origin is verified for good; a later failed lookup never un-verifies it. Not finding the record is a normal answer (200 with found false), because DNS changes take time to appear. Needs analytics.sites.write.
