Take or renew the live-view lease

Marks an open recording as watched for 30 seconds from now; renew it while the recording is on screen. While the lease holds, the collector tells the visitor's recorder to upload every second instead of every ten, so new batches reach playback within a few seconds. That is all it changes: the visitor's page shows nothing and behaves no differently. Needs analytics.sessions.read.
