List cell specifications for the current organization

List cell specifications with pagination and optional filtering.

With project_id, only specs linked to that project; without it, every spec in the organization.

Material reverse-lookup: material_id/material_ids search all slots, a per-slot <slot>_material_id only that slot, and exclude_cell_spec_id drops one spec. These take precedence over the text/date filters, which use Supabase operators (ilike.%value%, gte.value); created_at_gt/ _lt bound a range. q is the search box's free-text param.

Extra fields to compute per spec. thumbnail_url adds cad_thumbnail_url, an hour-long signed URL of the CAD thumbnail (null when there is none).
