List collections (free)

List the user's collections of saved statistics: their own and those shared with their team. Use it before get_collection, or to find where to save something. Returns {collections: [{id, name, is_default, visibility, role, owner_email?, item_count, updated_at}]}. visibility is private, team or public (a read-only link). role is owner or member (a team member of the owner). Collection calls are free and do not use the monthly allowance.
