Parse

Accepts a PDF (typed, scanned, or photographed) and runs the AI extraction pipeline. Returns the same envelope as `/v1/extract/json`: the structured document under `invoice`, plus a sibling `confidence` object carrying the AI's overall and per-area scores. Any embedded XML in the PDF is ignored; use `POST /v1/extract/json` if you want the embedded XML parsed instead.
