Start Agent chat

Changed on

Starts a private chat with a first message and answers 202 once the agent has accepted it, usually with status running. Read the reply with GET /v1/agent-chats/{chatId} once status is idle. Replies use organization credits. Requires agents.write and a user token; messages and title are empty unless the token also has agents.read.
