Download original chat document bytes. Ready drafts are owner-only. Sent documents follow the published conversation sharing rules; active or unaccepted shared-turn files stay owner-only. Checks membership and visibility on every read. Requires agents.read and a user OAuth token. Organization API keys cannot use this operation. Existing reads and downloads remain available while document processing or public writes are paused.
