Webhook list

This API retrieves webhook events that failed to be delivered within the past month. The response includes a list of webhook IDs, which can be used to manually retry delivery via the Webhook Call API. For retry details, refer to: <a href="https://developer.interlace.money/reference/getwebhookcall" target="_blank">Webhook Call API</a>. This mechanism ensures message delivery reliability when automatic retries fail.
