System rules
PUT /v25-10-beta/agentic-logic/system-rules/{systemKey}
Ensures the store's built-in rule for systemKey exists. Idempotent: the first call creates the rule and enqueues its first publish; every later call returns the same rule unchanged. The response carries rule and latestPublishJob, which tells a still-draft rule's first version being on its way from having failed.
Use the intelligems-access-token header. The token selects the organization; do not send orgId. The organization must have Agentic Logic enabled.
Rate Limit: 50 requests per 30s window, refilling 25 tokens every 30s.
