The email dead-letter queue: messages that failed delivery and were parked rather than lost, newest first by default. Optional topic filter is a case-insensitive substring match on the wire topic. from/to bound created_at (when the message was parked) so a retry sweep can be scoped to a window: YYYY-MM-DD is an inclusive whole UTC day, RFC3339 an exact instant (from inclusive, to exclusive); malformed is 400 invalid_from / invalid_to. total counts the entries matching every filter. There is no status filter: the queue has no status — an entry is parked until replayed or dropped, and either removes it. Pair with replayEmailDlqEntry to resend one or deleteEmailDlqEntry to drop it.
