Only return matches whose grant's next deadline is on or after this date (ISO 8601, e.g. '2026-07-01').
deadline_ltestring date
Only return matches whose grant's next deadline is on or before this date (ISO 8601, e.g. '2026-07-31'). Useful for "closing soon".
