Viewset for managing the current user's push notification subscriptions.

Supports create (subscribe), destroy (unsubscribe), and list (view subscriptions). Subscriptions are scoped to the current user. Create performs upsert by endpoint.

delete/api/v2/notifications/subscriptions/{id}/
