Stream analysis events (SSE)

Server-sent events. Each frame carries id (sequence), event (type) and data (JSON). Heartbeats every 15 seconds. Closes after the terminal event (job.completed, job.failed, job.cancelled) or after 30 minutes with a reattach frame. Returns 410 once the events have expired (30 days after completion).
