Paginated data rows + column metadata for the Browse / Data Explorer.

prepared=false (default) returns the raw uploaded data — the Explorer's job is to show what was uploaded. prepared=true returns the data with the project's active Data Prep rules applied, and is_prepared + prep_warnings reflect reality.
