Starts asynchronous AI video generation for a post (image-to-video; generates the image first if none is given). Returns a jobId — poll "check_generate_video" until status is "done" (result.imageUrl + result.videoUrl), then attach result.videoUrl via update_post/update_post_image ("fileUrl").
